Breeder’s rights in the new plant varieties of all genera and species of plants, including, among others, the hybrids between genera and species, are protected, recognized and defended in Romania, through the grant of a certificate registration by the State Institute for Variety Testing and Registration (ISTIS).

The topography of a semiconductor product is a series of related images, however fixed or encoded, which represents the three-dimension configuration of the layers which form a semiconductor product and in which each image reproduces the pattern or a part of the pattern of a surface of the semiconductor product, in any manufacturing stage.
